 This piece speaks to being loved unconditionally. We see three versions of a woman, each more convoluted than the next. She is complex, screwed up, confusing yet colorful and lovely. The man reaching for her loves all of her. The upside down cross on his face represents her feelings of not knowing whether to trust him or not. She is both reaching out for him and pushing him away. She is looking away because she doesn't want him to see all her flaws. He is quite possibly a saint yet there is something imperfect about him as well.
