This 2012 textured piece is about finding love where and when you least expect it. Sometimes we find someone who seems to address exactly what we need when we need it, and that helps us move on. The two in this painting are fighting their own demons. I love how that all seems so complex and a bit tainted, yet the dominating color of the piece is pink, which relays innocence and purity. Real love is always pure and unselfish, whether it lasts for a month or a lifetime.
